Sometimes I wake up and I realize I miss people I haven’t talked to in years.  People that at one point were a big part of my life.

I hate letting people go.  I hate closing the door to the past.  I’m sure I’m not the only one.  It hurts my heart a little to have to walk away.  People tell you that time heals all hearts.  That’s not always true.  It’s not like fairytales and kid’s cartoons, sometimes there isn’t a happy ending.  Sometimes there is sadness and hurt that never goes away.

But we have to do what we have to do.
